Tiring Uni Life.

Life in uni is picking up its pace, too fast for my own good.

Sleepless nights to finish up lab reports. Late nights at the Tiscra Labs to finish up CAD exercises. Coursework due dates. Exams just less than 5 weeks away. Tutorials left untouched. Notes not run through yet.

It’s happening just as my personal tutor predicted many of us would. All my work is piling up.

Pressure to do well in the May exams or not my chances of going overseas would be slim as my mum would think I’m not mature enough to take care of myself and make me stay in Malaysia so she can keep a close eye on me.

Sigh.

I am so sorry for having extremely low confidence in myself.

Sick and Tired.

Manage to finish milling my piece in time, even though the dimensions were still a little off by 0.X mm. But whatever! We were just to short of time to even care about accuracy.

Came down with a terrible flu just after 2 days of sleeping at 1a.m. And to think that my friends’ housemate (a first class honours Mechanical Eng. student) practically lives in the uni’s computer lab. He sleeps in the computer lab when he’s tired, goes back to the house for a shower in the morning, then back to the uni again. I seriously wonder whether he’s a machine. >.<

Oh god, I better start training my body to get use to sleeping less than 6 hours per day, on a hard table, with bright fluorescent lights on.

 

What I’ve recently learnt: It always feels better when you don’t expect things from others, no disappointments.
